Home

Buildings and Grounds is responsible in providing care and maintenance of our beautiful church buildings and surrounding property.

This includes:

Maintenance of buildings.
Care for grounds.
Improvement of landscaping.
Supports the pastor/head of staff which communicates with the custodial staff.
Recording of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc) and cleaning supplies and ordering through the church office.
Provide adequate signs in and around buildings and throughout the community.
Maintain files pertaining to the care of the buildings.
Maintain fire extinguishers, first aid, and AED equipment.
Each meeting should include Prayer, Worship, Study, Fellowship, Service (inside and outside the church), and Invitation.
Checking your committee mailbox weekly. Plus filling out the Expense/Reimbursement Form for any bill or invoice associated with your committee and put it in the Treasurer’s mailbox.

Sanctuary Building contains Secretary’s Office, Pastor’s Office, Mailroom, Nursery, Collins Hospitality Area, 3 Restrooms, Kitchenette, Sanctuary, Sound Booth, and Northex.

William’s Education Building contains a Lounge in Room 1, Children’s Classrooms in Rooms 2 & 3, Parlor/ Library, 2 ½ Restrooms, Cleaning Closet, Kitchen, Fellowship Hall, 2 Storage Closets, Craft/ Food Closet, Choir Room, and Attic Storage.

Youth House Downstairs contains the Maintenance Closet, Kitchen, Dining Nook, Ping Pong Room, Billiards Room, Living Room/ Classroom, and ½ Bath. Upstairs contains 2 Classrooms, 1 Storage Room, 2 Restrooms, and 2 Apartment Rooms.

Storage Building contains the trash cans, and the Spirit of Giving Storage.

Grounds includes the Common Ground Prayer Garden, Parking Lot, and Side Grounds of All buildings.

Piano / Organ
Computers/ TV’s/ Video Equipment
Sound System/ Microphones
Internet/ Phone Systems

Care of the Grounds

Glenn Taylor currently maintains the landscaping.
JW Cleaning Services is the weekly janitorial service that cleans both the Sanctuary and William’s Buildings.
Marc Rude is the monthly janitor that cleans the Youth House.
