
Communications
The Communications committee is responsible to improve communication both within the church membership and between the church and the community at large, in keeping with the mission of the church.
This includes:

Each meeting should include Prayer, Worship, Study, Fellowship, Service (inside and outside the church), and Invitation.

Overseeing the development of materials to promote our church.

Assisting committees to prepare and disseminate Press Releases for events at the church, if needed.

Overseeing communication to the congregation including:

Weekly Emails (Laura)

Monthly Newsletter (Laura)

Bulletin (Laura)

Sunday morning Pre-Worship and/or Hospitality Area PowerPoint/Media (Laura & Marc)

Phone and text messages (Laura)

Overseeing communication to the community including:

Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) (Laura, Cindy, Carol, Katie, Sandy)

Maintaining technology including but not limited to:

Computers/ Monitors

Checking your committee mailbox weekly. Plus filling out the Expense/Reimbursement Form for any bill or invoice associated with your committee and put it in the Treasurer’s mailbox.
