Fellowship

This includes:

• Each meeting should include Prayer, Worship, Study, Fellowship, Service (inside and outside the church), and Invitation.

• Sponsoring and promoting monthly churchwide fellowship events, including but not limited to 5th Sunday potlucks, and occasional special events for the church family such as:

  • Game Night

  • BINGO

  • Movies in the Garden

  • Ice Cream Socials

• Planning and promoting the annual Adult Christmas Party.

• Arranging meals for monthly committee nights.

• Ordering needed supplies for both the WB Kitchen and the Sanctuary Kitchenette through the church office.

• Arranging for dishes to be cleaned, dried, and put away when needed.

• Checking your committee mailbox weekly. Plus fill out the Expense/Reimbursement Form for any bill or invoice associated with your committee and put it in the Treasurer’s mailbox.

• Coordinating advertisements and publicity for all special events. This consists of getting information in article form to the church office in a timely manner (no less than 3 weeks prior to event) for Friday Emails, Monthly Newsletters, Weekly Bulletins, Website, Social Media, and Press Releases to North Texas e-News.

• Sponsoring and promoting opportunities to engage those outside the church.

• Encouraging the congregation to invite others to worship and other church events.
