Personnel
Human Resource committee helps to ensure policies, procedures, and processes are in place to support church staff and volunteers.
This includes:
- 
Each meeting should include Prayer, Worship, Study, Fellowship, Service (inside and outside the church), and Invitation. 
- 
In conjunction with the pastor/head of staff, overseeing the hiring or termination of paid church staff. 
- 
Promoting staff openings and conducting interviews to fill them. 
- 
Determining fair salaries and raises as appropriate. 
- 
Providing an annual review process for all employees. 
- 
Maintaining background checks for all employees cleared for service through the church office. 
- 
Making available a fair and equitable grievance process.
