Ours is a diverse congregation with many gifts we like to share.
Missions
First Presbyterian Church Bonham is very active in our community. One of our biggest accomplishments has been the addition of The Blessing Box. It is a free food distribution that is available for anyone in the community to partake of or donate to. We joyfully host The Spirit of Giving each year which is greatly appreciated by the community. Our Mission committee also contributes their time and efforts in so many community organizations such as Kool Lunches, Meals on Wheels, The Open Arms Shelter, Relay For Life, The Goodland Academy, The Getting Ahead program, Fannin Health Clinic, and many more.
Children's Ministry
Our children's ministries is small but mighty.
We provide Sunday school classes for
K - 2nd graders and 3rd - 5th graders.
The nursery is available during both worship services and also provides a Sunday school class.
Youth Ministry
FPC offers a very active youth ministry.
We provide Sunday school classes for 6th - 8th graders, and 9th - 12th graders in the Youth House. Our youth house is enjoyed by many hosting a pool table, ping-pong table, and video games.
COW (Church on Wednesday) meet on the second, fourth, & fifth Wednesday at 6:30 pm for Bible Study, dinner, and games.
